 Leading from the middle can be complicated. Navigating the path of leadership with confidence; avoiding feelings of imposter syndrome and acknowledging that feedback is an opportunity to learn, can help us avoid the feelings of being STUCK.

In this session, you will have a chance to hear from fellow leaders on how they embrace their strengths to lead with authenticity. Suggestions on how to defend against imposter syndrome and how we can be deliberate in taking actions to thrive with and grow as an eminent middle leader.
