Bio
Felipe commenced his career as educator in 2012 inspired by his partner, and also his mother who started her own kindergarten in Chile more than thirty years ago. He studied a Bachelor of Sciences in Engineering in Chile and travelled the globe before settling in Australia. Felipe studied his degree in Education while living in the Torres Strait in 2011.

Felipe is an enthusiastic and passionate teacher who has maintained an initiative called Young Men Time, directed at creating solidarity and engagement within groups of teenage boys. The results showed improvement in intrapersonal skills, respect and confidence.

In 2014 Felipe was selected by the executive team to attend a seminar from RMIT in Melbourne. He assumed a leadership position implementing a mathematical research project in his current school.

He is currently participating in the Education Change makers program to further develop as a leader and create positive change.
