Core values are the fundamental beliefs of a person or organisation. They determine what is considered important and are the guiding principles of our behaviour and actions. 

Both in life and at work, our values heavily influence our decisions and indicate what kind of people we are.

The question is, as a leader, how do your core values show up in your behaviour and leadership style?

In this Pivotal People professional learning, we will explore the concept of values, how to identify yours, sharing values as a leader, and importantly, why it matters.
