Principal, Serpell Primary School

Wilma is one of Victoria’s most respected principals. Serpell Primary is in the very top echelon of government primary schools. Serpell is located in Templestowe and under Wilma’s leadership it has grown to over 1000 students. The leadership development program has seen the school gain a reputation as a prolific developer of principals for the system. It is accredited with the Council of International Schools and has strong links with the Asia Education Foundation. Wilma is in strong demand locally, nationally and internationally yet even in her absence the school runs like clockwork and the student outcomes are outstanding.
