Robert Biswas-Diener Workshop: Perth
The work of education is stressful. It is difficult to manage the
classroom, conform to policy requirements, deal with negative
colleagues, balance home and work, and take care of one’s self. As a
result, many teachers struggle with feelings of frustration and
overwhelm in what should otherwise be an energizing profession. This
workshop offers participants a unique approach to creating well-being at
work: by learning skills to better cope with negativity and by learning
to build on positive experiences.
