The 2018 Gala Networking cocktail party is now open for registration for delegates and non-delegates alike. NATIONAL AWARDS
As Australia’s key peak professional organisation for educational leaders the Australian Council of Educational Leaders has a strong reputation for recognising, developing and celebrating excellence in educational leadership. It is through the annual
awards program that ACEL honours educational leaders who have made a significant contribution to education, educational leadership and the improvement of student learning outcomes. The ACEL National Awards Ceremony will be held on Thursday 4th October
2018 at the National Conference.
NEW VOICE
On Thursday 4th October 2018, ACEL will award a total of 20 ‘New Voice’ Scholarships across three categories. Each scholarship aims to welcome the recipients into the ACEL network and support the dissemination of new learning and thought. The recipients
will be recognised in public as forward-thinking, relevant and responsive educational leaders by peers and the wider education community. The ACEL “New Voice” initiative recognises ‘new voices’ in educational leadership, acknowledging those as forward
