Session 1 (20 June 2024, 8.00am-9.00am AEDT) -  Self-Worth: Using Voice to Enhance School and Classroom Culture
This session focuses on the conditions necessary to enhance Self-Worth in schools. When students believe they have a voice in school they are 25% more likely to experience Self-Worth. Developing every student’s Self Worth is possible through deliberate daily interactions that foster positive Self Worth.  In order to support students’ wellbeing and enhance Self-Worth, participants will consider how to embed the Conditions of Belonging, Heroes, and Sense of Accomplishment into their classrooms and schools to support all students in reaching their fullest potential.

Session 2 (27 June 2024, 8.00am-9.00am AEDT) - Purpose: Developing the Leader in ALL Students
It is not only important for students to have Self-Worth, but to also develop a strong sense of Purpose. When students believe they have a voice in school they are 37% more likely to have a sense of Purpose. Knowing your sense of Purpose is empowering and inspiring.  This session focuses on strategies that foster Leadership & Responsibility and the Confidence to Take Action, two Conditions that ultimately help students identify their purpose in learning and life.
