Dr Jane Page is an Associate Professor in the Melbourne Graduate School of Education (MGSE) at the University of Melbourne and Associate Director, Research in Effective Education in Early Childhood (REEaCh) Centre. Jane has worked in the early childhood field for over thirty years covering a range of roles including as a director and teacher in ECEC services and as a teacher and researcher in the University sector. Since 2011, Jane has worked alongside early childhood teachers, Educational Leaders, Family as First Teachers Family Liaison Officers, Family Educators and families, early childhood professionals, state governments and the Victorian Curriculum Assessment Authority in professional learning projects and evidence-based research interventions. These projects have explored how to effectively embed quality pedagogical practices in daily early educational programs across diverse communities and the impact this has for teachers, children and families.
