Introduction:
This webinar series, led by Amy Green, will focus on the importance of prioritising Teacher and Staff Wellbeing. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of wellbeing through exploring aspects of both everyday and workplace wellbeing, and how this supports ‘fit for purpose’ wellbeing of teachers and staff. Participants will make connections between wellbeing strategies and how these can build the self-efficacy of staff and the collective-efficacy of teams. Drawing these factors together, Amy will demonstrate how schools can embed sustainable approaches to achieve long-term change where wellbeing has a collective and ongoing place within school culture.
