ACEL NSW: Sustaining Principal Wellbeing and Impact Webinar

What does it take not just to survive—but to truly thrive—as a principal? Join your hosts, Peter Howes, Principal of Ballina Coast High School and Dr Kirsten Macaulay, Deputy Head St Andrews Cathedral School for a dynamic, one-hour online experience bringing together a panel of highly experienced leaders to explore sustainable leadership in today’s complex environment. Grounded in current principal wellbeing data, this interactive session invites you to reflect, contribute, and learn alongside peers across sectors.

The session will also spotlight the University of Sydney’s Professional Supervision model, with real-world observations of how it enables principals to sustain clarity, resilience, and impact over time.

Be part of the conversation. Bring your perspective. Leave with renewed clarity, connection, and strategies to support your leadership.
