The Australian Council for Educational Leaders invites interested individuals, pairs, or small groups, to submit an application to present a session at the ACEL 2017 Annual National Conference at the International Convention Centre, Sydney on 4th to 6th October.
Delegates have an opportunity to present at this conference in the following ways:
- Presentation with clear processes to engage the audience
- Workshop with clear processes to engage the audience
All sessions will:
- Engage with the key theme of Respect the Past, Lead the Present, Secure the Future
- Engage with leadership themes from the Australian Professional Standards for Principals
- Demonstrate developments and/or innovations in the field of Leadership in Education
- Be highly engaging
Presentation with clear processes to engage the audience
- 40 minutes presentation + 10 minutes Q&A.
- Can be presented by individuals, pairs or trios.
- Participants may be seated in rows.
Workshop with clear processes to engage the audience
- 40 minutes presentation + 10 minutes Q&A.
- Can be presented by individuals, pairs or trios.
- Participants will be seated in groups around tables.

Presenters may nominate to submit a research paper to be peer-reviewed if they have been invited to present at the ACEL National Conference.
