These cross -sector peer networks will enable you to unpack your leadership around real challenges and successes. Guided by a facilitator you will have the opportunity to inquire into your leadership practice and reflect in the company of your peers.

Your work is vastly more complex than it typically appears to others. You have your own intimate knowledge of your leadership practice and the context in which you operate.

The conversations will help you imagine alternatives to your normal ways of working, learning and leading because you will be hearing from your peers in similar roles across all educational sectors.

Taking place once a term, these structured conversations aim to build a supportive and collaborative network of senior teachers and assistant principals.

The ideal audience for this forum is assistant principals and senior teachers.

Benefits:

  • Peer assisted leadership development and networking
