ACEL is proud to partner with Vic Zbar and Pamela Macklin who will be presenting their Leading Improvement in Your School: Making it Happen day-long workshop in May 2021. This workshop is for leaders with responsibility for whole school improvement. It is suitable for individual leaders but also sees significant benefit for leadership teams who can work together on identifying where their school is at and how different strategies can be implemented to complement your school improvement plan. Participants will also look directly at the makeup of leadership teams and how they can work together to achieve best results. Looking at school improvement for teachers will also feature with a focus on how they can work together.
