The Australian Council for Educational Leaders are very proud to present for the first time in Australia Principal Evan Robb as he presents his two-part leadership webinar series “Impactful Leadership : Vision, Purpose and Creating a Pathway for Change”.
This webinar will challenge you to reflect on why you do what you do, how you do it, and the shifts you can make to be a more effective leader and get different results. Together, we’ll dive deeply into ideas that can support your leadership role. The goal will be to develop a school with skilled teachers that prepare students to be creative problem solvers and leaders who know how to free up their time to positively and purposefully interact with staff, students, and parents.
Attendees will learn about Evan’s six pillars of leadership and then dive deep into key focus areas. As a result of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Understand how the Six Pillars of Leadership guide leadership in Education
- Reflect on how time is spent and if shifts need to be made
- Learn how to positively impact culture and climate
- Discuss how leaders can support or inhibit dynamic environments
- Improve relationships with staff, students, and parents
- Bring innovation and creativity to your school or division
- Develop a school community where leaders see themselves as ongoing learners and promote as well as participate in professional learning opportunities
- Let go of some practices that may hold you back and embrace the new, allowing for a better understanding or personal vision, mission, and leadership.

ABOUT EVAN ROBB
Evan Robb is presently Principal of Johnson-Williams Middle School in Berryville, Virginia. He has over twenty years of experience serving as a building level principal. Prior to being a school principal, he was an English teacher, department chair, and Assistant Principal. Evan is a recipient of the Horace Mann Educator of the Year Award. In addition, the NCTE Commission on Reading selected him to serve on its national board.
A TEDx Speaker, Evan offers inspirational keynotes, workshops, and on-going professional learning opportunities across the country on leadership, mindset, culture, impactful change, and how to improve literacy in schools.
