The ACEL Leadership Capability Framework

The ACEL Leadership Capability Framework and its associated Learning Maps are now  available for purchase. This significant resource assists you to map your personal learning plan against ACEL’s eleven leadership capabilities and the thirty three key aspects of the capabilities. A school licence can also be purchased allowing the creation of individual  team and school learning plans.

Colleagues who purchase and use the ACEL Leadership Capability Framework will also have access to a portal that will continue to refresh with ACEL readings and podcasts that have been mapped against the eleven capabilities.  DVDs and activities will also be mapped against the capabilities and will be available for purchase.  This portal will come online in February and will be a significant resource for those who wish to share and collaborate with others who are exploring aspects of individual capabilities.
