Dorothy and Marian are the editors of Leading and Managing.

Dorothy Andrews: BA, DipEd, MEdSt, PhD, MACE, FACEL (QLD)

Dorothy is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Education at the University of Southern Queensland.  Her specialist areas include Leadership and Management, Organisational Theory, Pedagogy and Curriculum, and School Development and Change.  Dorothy is the Project Director of Leadership Research (LRI) and the IDEAS National Project Director.

 

 

Marian Lewis: CertEd, BEd, MEd, PhD, MACE, FACEL

Marian is Associate Dean (Teaching and Learning) in the Faculty of Education, University of Southern Queensland.  Her specialist areas are Knowledge Creation, Professional Learning Community, School Development and Change, and Organisational Culture.  Marian is a core team member of the IDEAS National Project Team.
