NSW - The 'Sydney Morning Herald' has reported that the NSW Government is hoping to purchase a large quantity of durable laptops for around $500 each.

NATIONAL - A report by the University of Technology Sydney has said that withholding welfare payments from parents of Aboriginal students who do not attend school is n 'extraordinarily expensive and inevitably ineffective short cut'.
