With a proud history spanning over five decades, ACEL has been recognising, contributing to and celebrating leadership in education. ACEL is a forward thinking, relevant and responsive agent of change and innovation which has created strong and significant learning communities for educational leaders. With these core values in mind, ACEL’s New South Wales Branch (ACEL NSW) began recognising and awarding the achievements of worthy educators in 1987. Since then, ACEL NSW has had the honour of presenting over a 130 awards in 27 years to educators who have helped mould and improve the future of education, educational Leadership and the improvement of student and organisational outcomes in NSW.
