Collective Efficacy, a one-day professional learning workshop (previously facilitated by PAI) explores how the combined effort of a team of teachers or an entire school can support student engagement and academic success.

A collective approach to student success can help schools develop a sense of collective agency and a purposeful, intended course of action to ensure every student within their school experiences success. 

Students’ achievement should not be a lottery dependent on which teacher’s class they are in or the postcode they come from. As an integral part of a school team, we all have a part to play in ensuring every student enrolled will succeed – and it is up to all of us to make that happen.
