Expanding our Ideas of Evidence of Impact: Pivotal People are key in the evidence conversation

At our last gathering, Belinda Holmes shared the Knoster Model of Change as a way of framing your project and identifying strategies to overcome obstacles in implementing change. Building on the last session, this next get together will focus on expanding our understanding of evidence of impact. Fullan's idea that academic achievement as the sole goal worth striving for and the increasing relevance of student and teacher voice highlights the need for middle leaders to have deep understanding of relevant and effective evidence of the impact on student learning. Engage with a panel of educators from the across sectors to expand your idea of evidence of impact.

Panelists include:
Dr Stephanie MacMahon from the Science of Learning Research Centre and the School of Education, The University of Queensland and
Jake Schouten, teacher Helensvale SHS.
