TAS: Structured Conversation on Leadership Challenges

TAS: Structured Conversation on Leadership Challenges

These cross-sector peer networks will enable you to unpack your leadership around real challenges and successes. Guided by a facilitator you will have the opportunity to inquire into your leadership practice and reflect in the company of your peers.

Your work is vastly more complex than it typically appears to others. You have your own intimate knowledge of your leadership practice and the context in which you operate.

The conversations will help you imagine alternatives to your normal ways of working, learning and leading because you will be hearing from your peers in similar roles across all educational sectors.

Facilitators:
Tameika Grist is an experienced and committed educator currently serving the community of learners at St Mary's College, Hobart as Director of Pedagogy. She has been a passionate teacher and leader in Primary and Secondary settings within the Department, Independent and Catholic sectors in Tasmania for the past 20 years.
Cath Apanah currently works as an Assistant Principal at Montrose Bay High School where she works with leaders and teams to support and improve the learning of staff and students. She has over 15 years’ experience working across both DoE and independent schools in Australia and the UK.
