Leading School Transformation Program
Educational leaders and teachers need to prepare students with the skills and knowledge required to be successful in the rapidly changing world.

ACEL presents The Leading School Transformation Program, a four-day program with developers and facilitators Dr Michael Anderson and Dr Miranda Jefferson. Participants in this face-to-face program become active change agents in their schools or systems by learning about and implementing the 4Cs approach, namely creativity, critical reflection, collaboration and communication.

Participants will develop an understanding of their school’s readiness for transformation, how the 4Cs can be applied and drive this change process, and will have the opportunity to  create and implement these plans.
