Bio
Teacher, school leader and researcher Dr Deborah M. Netolicky has over 16 years’ experience in teaching and school leadership roles in Australia and the UK. Her leadership roles have included head of faculty positions, strategic project management, and coaching teachers and school leaders. Deborah currently leads a coaching and professional learning intervention at Wesley College, Perth.

In April 2016, Deborah completed her PhD with Murdoch University. Her doctoral thesis used a novel approach to narrative research to explore transformational professional learning for teachers and school leaders. Its findings have implications for school leaders, policy makers, and designers of professional development.

Deborah’s educational research and practice have been shared at national and international conferences, and in peer-reviewed academic journals.
