ACEL Early Childhood National Conference 2020: Leading Change to Support Child Outcomes NEW DATES ANNOUNCED
The Australian Council for Educational Leaders (ACEL), in partnership with the Victorian Department of Education wish to formally announce the new dates for the 2020 Early Childhood National Conference “Leading Change to Support Child Outcomes”. The premier event focused on early childhood educational leadership was recently re-scheduled to later in 2020 in response to the disruption caused by coronavirus (COVID-19). We are pleased to announce that the two-day conference will now be held on November 26th & 27th. The conference will remain in the previously announced location of Pullman Melbourne Albert Park.
The conference will bring together renown leaders in early childhood, with additional dedicated concurrent breakout sessions, forums, interactive panels and networking opportunities.
The program will include a keynote line-up of recognised leaders in the field early childhood both locally and aboard including: Prof Pasi Sahlberg, Prof Iram Siraj, Prof Yoichi Sakakihara, Prof. Karen Thorpe, and Prof.Tonia Gray; with the event hosted once again by Tim Maddren.
ACEL wishes to convey to delegates and guests that the first intention remains to hold this event in a face-to -face capacity. However, should any extended or new restrictions be in place in response to coronavirus (COVID-19) in November, the event will still be hosted online, ensuring that participants will not miss the learning and engagement from this professional development opportunity!
We look forward to welcoming you and coming together in November to the ACEL Early Childhood National Conference 2020: Leading Change to Support Child Outcomes.
