For the past five years, ACEL has awarded “New Voice” Scholarships to educators recognised as forward-thinking, relevant and responsive leaders by peers and the wider education community. In 2019, 16 such educators were recognised in the fields of educational leadership, research, Indigenous leadership, and early childhood and care.
We are proud to share the perspectives of our impassioned New Voice Scholars who strive to contribute to innovation and excellence in their teaching and leading practice. Here, they express what they would do if they were entrusted with a magic wand as a tool for educational change and transformation.
