David Cole is an aspiring educational leader working in the Independent Schools sector in NSW. Having worked in a variety of different curriculum and wellbeing leadership positions since beginning his teaching career nearly 10 years ago, David is now the Director of Teaching and Learning at Thomas Hassall Anglican College in Sydney. Parallel to his work in schools, he is currently completing a Master of Research with a focus on principals’ leadership of 21st Century educational reform in schools. David has a keen interest in school improvement and leadership practices and is looking to undertake further research in this area at the completion of his current degree.
