Bio
Trish Noy is currently a Master Teacher at Denison State School in Emerald, QLD. She began her career in education as a teacher aide in a small two teacher school, while studying her Bachelor of Education degree externally. Trish has taught as a classroom teacher, Inclusion Support teacher, Alternative Education teacher and she was a Teaching Principal for five years across QLD and the NT. She has spent most of her time working in indigenous communities.
Trish is an Accredited Tribes Trainer; Essential Skills Classroom Management Facilitator (ESCM) and also an XO Expert Accredited Trainer. In 2012, Trish was invited to present at the Learning@Hand Conference held in Cairns, QLD on the use of the XO Laptops at Denison State School. Her passions are indigenous education and using ICTs to support students with their learning.
